Every plan includes every Porchyard feature. Compare Starter, Growth, and Portfolio, and pick the one that fits how many properties you manage.
Porchyard has three plans, and every one of them includes every feature. The only difference is how many properties the plan holds, so choosing one is a question of counting your portfolio. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial of Starter, with every feature for up to 15 properties and no credit card, and your data carries over when you move up, so there is no reason to wait until you have picked the perfect plan.
Starter -- $19/month
Up to 15 properties, or $190/year billed annually. The regular price is $29/month.
Growth -- $49/month
Up to 50 properties, or $490/year billed annually. The regular price is $79/month.
Portfolio -- contact sales
More than 50 properties, priced for your portfolio by our sales team, with sales-assisted onboarding and a dedicated account manager.

The founding price
The prices above are founding prices. Start your trial during our launch period and you keep the founding price for as long as your subscription stays active, along with every feature we add to your plan. Moving to a larger plan uses the prices at that time, and if you cancel and subscribe again later, the founding price does not carry over.

Count the properties you manage today:
- Up to 15? Starter.
- 16 to 50? Growth.
- More than 50, or you would like help getting set up? Portfolio -- talk to our sales team.
